Dulong is looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Manager with responsibility for our stores in Copenhagen and Lyngby. Based in the store in Ny Østergade, you will have overall responsibility and, together with our skilled Client Advisors, will run and develop both stores – ensuring that our customers receive a unique experience and a high level of service.

Your responsibilities:

• Personnel management and development of store teams
• Visual merchandising, storytelling and brand presentation in store
• Sales in store, and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs
• Store operations, planning and daily management
• Recruitment and onboarding of store staff
• Ongoing reporting

Your profile:

• You have experience from a similar position - preferably in the luxury segment
• You are a motivating leader with an eye for both people and business.
• You have a natural sense of aesthetics and understand how to put a unique brand universe into practice.
• You have strong commercial understanding, are a skilled salesperson and work results-oriented.
• You thrive on responsibility and can balance strategy and daily operations
