Terms The choice of a new piece of jewellery requires time, consideration and calm. In our webshop you can immerse yourself in the collections and study the appearance, materials and prices for each piece of jewelry - exactly when ever after you do. You are more than welcome to call or email us and get more information about the jewelry before you buy them online. We will respond to all inquiries as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours. Order Items are ordered by pressing the "Add to shopping bag" button at the product description. Press "Shopping bag" to see list of items you've put aside. The items placed in the shopping cart are not purchased until you have pressed "Add to Order" and then entered your delivery information on the next pages as well as dankort/credit card information. After you press "Approve Order" and the credit card issuer has approved your credit card information, the item is registered as purchased. Your order is confirmed via an electronic invoice that you receive on an email immediately after you have approved your purchase. All prices on the website are including Danish VAT. The delivery address you select determines whether the sales tax should be deducted from the total price. When you are delivered goods to an EU country (as well as Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Norway and Switzerland), VAT will remain part of your purchase price. When you are delivered goods to a country outside the EU, the price will be without VAT (- 20%). The customs duty will be calculated and charged in your or in the recipient's home country independently of Dulong Fine Jewelry. Please note that in the Location feature on the website you can switch between seeing prices in DKK or Euro. PAYMENT & SECURITY You can choose to pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Google Pay, Shop pay, mobilepay, Klarna og Paypal. Dulong Fine Jewelry is approved by PBS to handle the above payment cards.  Dulong Fine Jewelry encrypts all your card information with the so-called SECURE Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the pbs transaction. The amount of the goods will not be deducted until the items are sent from Dulong Fine Jewelry. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you approved at the time of purchase. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment history. You have no risk in case your card is being misused in an internet store that uses SSL in its payment system. Delivery The delivery time is usually 6-7 business days. If necessary, the longer delivery time will be notified by email immediately after your order has been handled. Shipping Shipments to Denmark: Free delivery.Intra-EU shipments: Free delivery.Shipments outside the EU: 150.- Complaints If you wish to advertise a product, it must be sent with an indication of purchase data and the reason for the complaint to the webshop address. If the item is visibly damaged during shipment, reject the package upon receipt. If the damage has been done during the shipment, the goods are exchanged free of charge. Return Valid from the receipt date you have 14 days of full return. If you wish to undo your purchase, simply notify us of your decision by filling out and sending a withdrawal form by email to webshop@dulongfinejewelry.com or to the following address: Dulong Fine JewelryLyngby Storcenter 1, st. 502800 Kgs. Lyngby To comply with the 14-day return right, you must send the message before that deadline has expired. We have attached a withdrawal form in the shipment. We will refund your payment, including delivery costs within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal form. The refund is made with the same means of payment that you used for the original payment. Please note that you must bear the costs associated with returning the item yourself. The item must be returned in the same condition, quantity and packaging as received. If the item is visibly damaged during shipping, you must reject the package upon receipt. If the damage occurred during the shipment, we exchange the item free of charge. COMPLAINT INFORMATION What rights do I have as a consumer? Read on www.forbrug.dk A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be filed with the Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Complaints Resolution Center via www.forbrug.dk. The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer domiciled in another EU country. Complaint is filed here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
