Choosing a new piece of jewelry requires time, consideration, and calmness. In our webshop, you can immerse yourself in the collections and study the appearance, materials, and prices for each piece of jewelry - precisely when it suits you.

You are more than welcome to call or email us and get more information about the jewelry before buying it online. We respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible and no later than within 24 hours.


Products are ordered by clicking the "Add to cart" button next to the product description. Click on the Cart icon in the top right corner or "View cart" to see a list of the items you have added.

The items in the shopping cart are not purchased until you have clicked "Pay" and entered your delivery information and credit card details. Once you have clicked "Approve order" and the credit card issuer has approved your credit card information, the item is registered as purchased.

Your order is confirmed via an electronic invoice, which you receive by email immediately after you have approved your purchase. All prices on the website include Danish VAT. The delivery address you choose determines whether the VAT should be deducted from the total price. When you receive goods in an EU country, the VAT will remain part of your purchase price. When you receive goods in a country outside the EU, the price will be without VAT (-20%). The customs duty is calculated and charged in your or the recipient's home country, independent of Dulong Fine Jewelry.

Please note that on the website, you can switch between seeing prices in DKK, €, NOK, and SEK.


You can choose to pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Google Pay, Shop Pay, MobilePay, Klarna, and Paypal. Dulong Fine Jewelry is approved by PBS to handle the above payment cards and payment methods.

Dulong Fine Jewelry encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. The amount for the goods is only debited when the goods are shipped from Dulong Fine Jewelry. A larger amount than the one you approved at the time of purchase can never be debited.

You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment statement. You have no self-risk in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL in its payment system.


The delivery time is usually 1-2 business days for items we have in stock. Any longer delivery time will be notified by email or phone immediately after your order has been handled.

You can choose to pick up your order in our stores. You choose "pick up" at checkout and select the store you want to pick up in. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.


Shipments to Denmark: Free delivery.

Shipments within the EU: Free delivery.

Shipments outside the EU: 150.-


If you want to make a complaint about a product, it must be sent with the purchase data and the reason for the complaint to the webshop address.

If the item is visibly damaged during shipping, you must reject the package upon receipt. If the damage occurred during shipping, the item will be exchanged at no charge.


From the date of receipt, you have a full 14-day right of return. If you want to cancel your purchase, simply notify us of your decision by filling out and sending a withdrawal form via email to webshop@dulongfinejewelry.com or to the following address:

To comply with the 14-day return policy, you must send the notice before this deadline has expired. We have enclosed a withdrawal form in the shipment.

We will refund your payment, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal form. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original payment. Please note that you must bear the costs associated with returning the item. The item must be returned in the same condition, quantity, and packaging in which it was received.

If the item is visibly damaged during shipping, you must reject the package upon receipt. If the damage occurred during shipping, the item will be exchanged at no charge.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaints Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via www.forbrug.dk. The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must provide our email address webshop@dulongfinejewelry.com.
