A rare, sun-bleached variety named for its Sicilian origin. Sciacca coral is a rare, fossilized variety of Mediterranean red coral, used in fine jewelry since it was first discovered by fishermen in 1875. Lighter and warmer than classic coral, it carries the same thread of meaning in a softer tone. 

Formed slowly inside oysters in freshwater rivers, without symmetry forced upon them. No two are ever quite alike. Its striking pearl-white colors bring light and attention to the piece and resonate with classic jewellery.

One of the few gemstones that occurs naturally in green, milky and magical in tone. Sourced untreated, so the colour worn today is the same one formed underground, a small constant shared between two people over time.
